Mr Patel is selling the business: the Estate has received a letter from his solicitors stating that he has a provisional agreement for the sale of his business to include the lease and the sub-Post Office, “where the prospective buyer is anticipating formal approval by the Post Office for his appointment as a Sub-Post Master very shortly.”
Please be reassured that the Estate does not wish to see the Post Office closed.
